many of my images are taken while hiking deep into the woods, mountains, desert, etc. the occasional image is taken from a lookout point, and this one i’m a bit embarrassed to say was taken at a parking lot. not only that, but i wouldn’t have found this scene a bit interesting without the intense fog or low-hanging clouds at this moment. the whole moment and image brings about a feeling of mysticism to me, and that mysticism is only brought out by the fact that i was two steps from a really large concrete square filled with cars - a reminder that beauty can be found in nearly all places if we keep our eyes open.
